make your revenue —

The path from a target company to a signed contract is done by hand in your company today. We build it as a process that runs without being asked — and that reports when it doesn’t.

For B2B software companies between 20 and 150 people.

We Built Our Own Revenue Engine Before We Sold One.

The market database, the pipeline criteria, the runs that fire at night — every part exists because we needed it for our own pipeline first. Not a slide deck, not a framework — a working instance we run every day.

Others hand the system over and leave it standing. We stay on it after the handover — a system nobody runs is furniture, not revenue operations.

The system

The Market as a Database

Which companies qualify for you, enriched with technology, size, buying signals and decision makers — built in Clay and Apollo, segmented against your ICP. Every row carries a value, a unit, a collection date and a source; a row without a date is a guess two quarters later.

A Pipeline With Criteria

Data model, stages, permissions, migration, reporting — in HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive or Twenty, decided after the inventory and never before it. Every stage carries a criterion instead of a feeling, or the forecast stays an opinion you collect rather than a number you read.

Outreach and Handovers

Sequences, call guides, qualification, follow-ups — automated in n8n where there are rules, done by hand where there is a relationship. No cold email: § 7 UWG requires prior consent between businesses too, so the channels are personal outreach, LinkedIn and the phone.

45 minutes. Three findings. Your numbers, not ours.

How we work

Build.

A CRM and the process around it, live in your own instance four to eight weeks after the access arrives — data model, stages, permissions, migration, reporting, and the people who have to use it. Handed over against acceptance criteria we check together on the screen, one by one; anything outside that scope is named and approved before it is done, never in the invoice.

Run.

Every month: data kept current, enrichment runs, what breaks gets fixed, and a report of runs, errors, fixes and measured numbers. A run that dies at three in the morning wakes us and not you — which is not the same as an on-call rotation, and we don’t sell one.

Sell.

Where there is no sales team yet, we work the market ourselves — lists, outreach, qualification, meetings, handover — with every activity documented in your CRM and a weekly report on activities, meeting rate, pipeline stages and channel benchmark. No guaranteed number of meetings: targets are planning figures, and whoever guarantees them is underwriting the market.

What we need from you: access and licences in your name, one person who is allowed to decide on fields and stages, answers within three working days. The Art. 28 GDPR agreement is signed before the first login, not after it.

Who it’s for

B2B software, 20 to 150 people.

The product works, the CRM is a contact archive, and nobody’s job description contains the distance between the two. An in-house RevOps hire costs €90,000 to €120,000 a year fully loaded and takes months to find.

Founder-led sales.

The forecast lives in one head and travels with it; every new hire inherits the head instead of the system. We write the criteria down first — what cannot be read off a screen does not belong in a forecast.

Data that cannot leave the building.

Twenty CRM is open source and runs on your own infrastructure: the same process, your servers, your backups. That is decided before the first field is built, not after the migration.

Already have someone with RevOps in the title? Then you need capacity, and capacity we sell by the hour — not as a package.

Your instance. Your data. Your licences. We build and we run — we do not own.

The data model, the automations and the documentation are yours — on the day we start and on the day we stop.

Yosri Mribah — sales, conversations, delivery. Sold explanation-heavy B2B software for years before he started building the systems behind it.

You talk to the person who builds it; there is no second tier. No logos on this page either — client names are theirs to give, not ours to borrow.

One Question, One Calendar.

Pick a time: 45 minutes, free, no access to your systems. The booking form asks exactly one thing — which number is missing in your sales.

Written findings within 48 hours: three of them, from your own numbers. If we are not the right fit we say so in the call, and the findings are yours anyway.

From the first call to a signature is six to ten weeks. Nothing after the audit starts without a written scope and criteria you can check.
